* Pretty Little Endeavors

I'm really enjoying tonight! This won't be a long update at all. Its already 4 am... why are we sitting at the table eating piazza rolls? I can't believe that we're about to watch Bad Teacher. I'm going to be tired tomorrow because I'm sure not tired now. Today I woke up so.late. we went to the mall because I found out we're no longer wearing dresses, were wearing dress pants which I obviously don't have and a cute shirt. Then we came home and the game was on and Luke was hungry so I made him cabin fries and brat bites... then he decided he wanted cookies.. so like a good little wife I baked him some. Then while he ran to the party store I started cleaning and I cleaned for three hours and now were at this point. I have to wake up early tomorrow so maybe I'll update. I have officially experienced my first basketball game. It was nothing to go home and brag about. Taio Cruz was really good though! I'll post some pictures tomorrow. Sadly, thanks to my camera being on some weird setting, none of the pictures turned out good. I started feeling like total crap about 10 minutes before we got to the Palace. Lucas thought I was probably just car sick or something. So we got there and he got me a water and a HUGE pretzel and I was feeling a little better. After half time we walked around for a minute and my head was just pounding so we went back to the seats and decided to just leave and get some buffalo wild wings take out.. yes, again. The rest of the night we just laid around slept. Today, I woke up around 930. Had some coffee and ended up falling asleep on the couch watching tv. Lucas said he was going to wake up at noon, but luckily he didn't because I didn't roll off the couch until 230. I decided to just let him sleep. He's final...

I really don't have the time to update, but I'll do it anyways.  I woke up early to find out what books I'll need for my classes. If I bought them new I'd be spending around $700... but, thanks to Chegg I'll only be spending about $300!  I've also managed to consume a bit too much coffee for my own good, but maybe I'll just be in a super good mood today.. I'm sure everyone around me would enjoy that a lot. I'm been such a sassy brat lately. Damn hormones are so wacky! I decided to paint my nails right before I have to take a shower. Might not be the best decision.. but, I guess I'll just rush the rest of the afternoon. I said I would share what I bought everyone for Christmas, so this will be my start. For my niece, she asked for jewelry.. so I bought her a ton! Just a bunch of fun little bracelets and necklaces. I also got her a few nail polishes and lip gloss. She's 12, so she obviously loved it. I can't sleep. The wind is so loud. Lucas keeps telling me to get off my computer and kindle and go "nuh-night"... I really need to! Tomorrow I need to wake up early and do some fun girly things, shopping being the most important! I need to get all dolled up because tomorrow night we're going to the Pistons game.. We both don't like basketball and we both don't like the Pistons.. but his dad gave us tickets, and since we'd probably spend the night watching our stupid shows and sleeping.. we figured we'd get out and do something. Tonight was a good night. I watched a few episodes of Sex and the city with Lucas' mom and then Luke and I got Bdubs carry out and watched storage wars and relaxed. Maybe I'll go to bed now.. Lucas just said, "Bubba.. it's nuh-night time.. be a good girl." I laughed and said okay and he said, "What are you going to do...?" I said go to bed..  his response "Good girl!" Hahaha,...

WOW! I just had my first cup of coffee from my new Keurig coffee maker!! I can not even believe how amazing it tastes! I'm actually online now, shopping for different flavors and brands! This is horrible for my coffee addiction. I'm about to make another cup! I wonder how many I'll be consuming today. Lucas had the entire week off, and so do I! I think today we're going to go to his parents house and hang out with his mom, who just broke her clavicle :( I'm depressed that it's snowing! This was a crappy update, but I don't care. I didn't plan on updating.. I just got a little carried away with my amazing coffee maker. Have a fab day!

Christmas morning!!! I'm actually posting! Shocker, right? Only because I'm sitting on the couch with my new Kindle Fire! It's so nice to have something bigger than my phone but much smaller than my lap top! So last night my mom handed my niece and I a gift, which I thought ws matching pajamas... but it was our Kindle Fires! Today my mom got one also! Last night Lucas and I opened gifts at my parents then went to his parents to exchange gifts with them and his sister and her boyfriend! I just got done exchanging gifts with my parents. I have to get ready and stop by Lucas' parents to see his family before he has to work :( I have a lot of pictures and so much more to talk about! My beautiful man got me a remote car starter in my truck and amazing tickets for the Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw concert!!! Everyone was amazed with the gifts I bought them this year. Yes. I have been the biggest blog slacker, ever! If it wasn't for queued post, I wouldn't be updating my tumblr either. The holidays are kicking my butt! I want to update, but I honestly need to get so much stuff done right now! I have a lot to update about and I promise, I'll be updating more! I just have so much to do, so little time.  Also I had finals which sucked! I did receive a 4.0 in two out of the three classes I took this semester! Go me! It sucks that I'm a total perfectionist and I can't seem to wrap a present in under 5 whole minutes, because I'm never happy unless it's the best. Working on the part of Lucas' gift that I'm making him is killing me. I stopped working on it until I realized that today is my last day to work on it. Something will look good, but then I'll have a new idea and I'll hate the way it looks and want to change it. I can't wait to be able to just talk about it.  I also can not wait to share ever...

Here are the pictures I promised a few days ago! Even scanned, they're not great quality :( I guess they'll only look perfect in person. I'm currently running on no sleep. It's 630am. I'm suppose to be studying, but I'm so easily distracted! I have an exam at 9.. and I'm starting to panic, which is good! Because, that means I'll actually get my studying done! I spent 5 hours at starbucks today with Allison, you'd think I'd be ready to kick this final's butt. Well, my ADD had other plans. I'm going to actually study! I'll try and update later today!

Last night was so much fun! I had no idea what to expect. Friday night, I worked. I got an hour of sleep. I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. I had to work a Holiday Party at a country club until 2. After that, I hurried up and changed there and then I was off to Grand Rapids. The drive wasn't bad. It was only about 90 minutes. I get downtown and my GPS tells me where to go, and all of a sudden.. I'm "arriving at destination" but, the problem? I don't see my destination anywhere! I start freaking out, I can't call Lucas because he's in a meeting. I drove in circles hoping my GPS would magically re-show me where I was suppose to be. After hearing "arriving at destination" about 4 times, I finally saw it! I pull in, have valet take my car and I go and sit in the lobby and wait for my adorable man. He finally finds me, and then we have about a 5-10 minute walk to where his meeting is at. If you've never tried walking a far distan...

I really need to get moving. I was so productive earlier today. I'm running on about an hour of sleep. I had a test today, on campus.. really early. I think I did really good, but that makes me worry that maybe I just thought I knew what I was doing, despite studying for a few hours last night. In my defense, Lucas isn't even awake. I knew he did not set an alarm. I also know he'll wake up and swear he did. So, I'll just pretend that I'm just so understanding that he needed sleep. ;) I have to go to the mall today. I need to find something to wear for Luke's work Christmas party. Keep in mind that he works with people that are married and have kids, and are much older than us. I need something classy, yet fun and cute. I'm already stressed and I haven't shopped yet! I work tomorrow night. Which means I won't be out of there until like 3am, probably later. I have to wake up really early Saturday to get ready and then work at some country ...

I'm going to try and get this typed before Starbucks closes, which is super soon! Allison and I are here studying. I finished all my work that's due tonight, and I'm honestly too distracted to do anymore homework at the moment. I sat next to this guy who was from Australia and his accent was amazing! But, he told me that the Wings will lose to the Sharks.. which I was not fond of. Look how pretty it is downtown! I wish it could be 90 degrees and still be all pretty like this! I wouldn't mind winter then!  Christmas shopping is killing me! Well, maybe not.. but I went so over board. I had to pick up some from the post office... Barely fit in the front seat of the mustang.  Yes, I've been forced to drive the mustang the last few days because my truck is in the shop.. but I'm picking it up once we leave here! Yay! No more being terrified of driving the stang' in the snow! 4-wheel drive is the best, ever!  Okay... today's packages.. ...

The game is back on and I can finally type this out!   I swear Lucas can be such a 5 year old sometimes. But as soon as a Red Wings or Michigan State game comes on, he's silent and if you need anything from him.. don't even bother trying to ask. He's adorable.  We go back to work tomorrow! Booo :( ! I need to make some money though. I've spent over a grand this week, Christmas shopping! Yikes. I need to do a little online shopping tonight. I feel so guilty spending so much money! We did have a fab three days off together!  Thursday we went to dinner with his parents and then relaxed the rest of the night. There was a horrible accident outside of his neighborhood and of course Luke had to go check it out. It was scary! It was a head on collision. This mini van was so smashed and was just a ball of metal. They had to use the jaws of life to get the people out. I want to just delete last night's post.. but I'll leave it since I got a good laugh out of it. I'm obviously still really tired, but no worries I actually know what I'm typing right now. Haha. Sorry about all of that.. I did almost all of my Christmas shopping online. I love coming home to like 5 boxes a day. Yesterday was the start. I have to admit, some of it was for me. I bought a pair of EMU Australia boots.. since my mom said I can't buy any more UGGS until after Christmas. I also got this book.. I loved the other book "Why Men Love Bitches". So I had to get this. Yesterday I was wearing my new Red Wings winter coat and my mom told me that I need a red wings scarf.. Obviously I agreed.. She went into the other room and came back with the Red Wings scarf she was going to give me for Christmas.  I look like poop, but whatever. I take shitty pictures anyways. You know how so many girls look so pretty in their pictures and then you see...

I figured since Lucas isn't home from work yet, I'll rant on here. After all, blogger is the only social network that isn't going to show up on someone's news feed and annoy them. It is December 1st. I want to cry. I hate the winter. Being skinny sucks when it comes to the cold. I'm wearing my red wings fur zip up, my guess fur zip up, one north face and 2 shirts. I'm also under 5 blankets. I'm freezing. But, I got in trouble about the heating bill today. Apparently it's like double the highest it's ever been. Opps. If only I was Lucas.. he's like a heater. He honestly gives off heat just by being close to him. Lol, I was talking to Allison about this because she felt horrible that walking 20 feet outside to her car made me shake uncontrollably.  I'm going to do a big update tomorrow.. I forgot that I was typing for a reason. Yeah, my body is like seriously shutting down. Which isn't too fab since I have to wake up in 2 hours for sch...
