Throw Back!

Tuesday night I went out with two of my co-workers for girls night.  I'm glad I did. I was going to bail like always, but they knew I needed a good time. I had way too much fun, drank way too much and stayed out way too late. The next morning I had to be to work at 10am. I worked until 5 and had to leave right from there to make my 6pm class only to find out that the class was a 4 hour class. I was exhausted. I started thinking about how easy everything used to be before college, working and all the other stressful issues in adult life. I'm taking a look back at when everything was simple. I don't miss my high school days. High school wasn't my favorite. I just miss the little responsibility I had back then. It's crazy to think of how different things are and how many of my old friends I've lost touch with. But, that's all a part of life.

A slight weekend recap.

I was stuck at school for 9 hours today and didn't get to recap my weekend. The best part was Saturday. I spent the night downtown. I had such a great time. I'll share some photos & vines with you guys. Yes! Amazing seats! There was even a waiter! That night I decided that I wasn't going to go to the Detroit Fireworks that were on Monday night. My reasoning was that I didn't want to get shot. As I was watching the Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup I start seeing tweets from all my friends that went to the Fireworks. Tweets about never going to Detroit again, tweets about gun shots and tweets about everyone just running in fear. I was so worried.  I read a lot of articles about it. Police claim no one was shot and that they can't confirm shots being fired. The videos are scary . One article even talked about how twice on Monday they found a suspicious package.  It makes ...

Sassy throwbacks!

I'm a little late posting today. I meant to come home from work and get this post ready but then I decided I deserved a few drinks with my co-workers. Today, I'm bringing you back to my early years. I've always been a sassy little thing. I guess that's what happens when you're pretty much an only child. I never had enough hair to have big hair as a baby, but my mom made sure to dress me in the biggest dresses.  (Captions are under each picture) This dress may have been a little too short.  My first birthday. I can't tell which is bigger, my dress or my mom's hair. Me as a cute little Kindergartener. Big hair. Belly shirt in Florida. For some reason I always had an issue keeping my shirts & bathing suit on my shoulders.  It was always my way or no way. I've always been a handful. Everyone else in this picture wore their shirts tucked in. I had to add some sass to it. Bottl...

Blogging & Pinteresting..

I have plenty of pins for all of you but first I want to talk about blogging. What a crazy community this blog world is. I love it and I hate it. The drama is something I don't need. I may not agree with something going on in this blogging world, but if I mention it I'm not a bad person. If you disagree, I don't think you're a bad person. Don't read my blog if you don't agree with my thoughts so much that they offend you. Kaitlyn from Wifessionals posted something on Instagram about the whole "blog advice giveaway" she had a lot of people agree with her, but she also had a lot of people disagree with her. I had to comment. I don't know how any of my readers feel about this topic. I didn't comment in order to talk shit or to start drama. I simply wanted to express the way I felt. I don't think it was a bad idea for a giveaway. I did have certain feelings towards the giveaway.  ...
