Causes4Kids.com

We know that education and learning continues when the school day ends and there are a lot of parents and guardians out there who can use a little help paying for various activities and learning opportunities. Faced with buying food or paying for music lessons or summer camp should not be an either/or decision when it comes to a kid’s education!  That is where Causes4kids.com comes in.

Causes4Kids.com is a new fundraising website which allows families with kids K-12 to raise money from friends, family, colleagues and the public to pay for extra-curricular activities.

While we don’t expect an end to car washes and bake sales, we are confident that Causes4Kids.com will prove to be an excellent option for parents and guardians to raise much-needed money to fund all-important after school and extracurricular activities for their kids. We’ve designed-in helpful tools that make it easy to promote Causes and our low administrative fee does not go up to penalize you if you don’t reach your funding goal.

There are new crowdfunding websites popping up every day, and for good reason. We are a generous and compassionate people; always ready to step forward and help another person in need. But while the vast majority of crowdfunding sites allow people to fund just about anything, the focus of Causes4Kids.com is and will always be: kids and education.

If you have a kid with an after school need, we urge you to try raising money through Causes4Kids.com. And if you have the heart and financial means to help a deserving kid, please browse or search Causes by category, location or special circumstances. Making a difference in kids’ lives has never been easier.

Blessings,
Curator of Kids’ Causes

You can’t blog with us!

I’m not digging all of these big shot bloggers trying to make these rules for blogging. I have read posts about how not everyone should have a blog. If you’re not a big shot blogger, like myself.. this post is for you. If you are a big shot blogger, this post is also for you.. but, none of you will read this. These are just some of the rules that I don’t follow.. Your blog will be judged by it’s cover. Have a perfect layout. If spending $100 to have some make a layout for my blog means you’ll read my blog and you’ll follow me.. then I don’t give a damn if you’re not following me. Respond to all comments left on your blog. It is important to respond to comments.. however, I do understand why people can’t always respond. Personally.. if you ask me something I most likely will respond. A lot of the time I get comments that pretty much all I can say is “Thank you!” to.. I mean.. I’ll absolutely always respond if you e-mail me.. or even if you comment on instagram.. I respond almost inst...

Friday’s Letters!

Dear Pictures Of Myself, Why do you always look so bad? And, no.. I am not saying I’m ugly or any of that.. so please, don’t jump down my throat about that. But you know how some girls look 100 times better in their photos than in real life? Well, that’s not me.. and people have had no issue telling me that. Which, I guess is better.. unless you only see photos of me.. ehh, whatever. Dear Blog, I will be spending some time on you today. Planning some posts, commenting on some of my favorite blogs.. all of that stuff good bloggers do. Dear Friday, I’m so glad to be seeing you! Next Friday I will be enjoying Chicago for the very first time at the Keane concert with the love of my life! I need to make you a very productive day.. since Thursday was anything but productive. Dear Lucas Blaze, Thank you so much for planning on booking our room today after you get out of work around 7am… You’re the best. Last weekend was so amazing. I love all of our fun little dates. How To Be A Fashion Blogger

From a non-fashion blogger. First. You’re going to find pants, a few shirts and any jewelry you can manage to find. Anything goes. Second. You must make your hair look like a character Dr. Seuss would create. Third. Get all awkward, set up your camera and be a little fashion trend setter! Make sure to include a tiny bit of your face. It adds to the overall quality of the photo. You also want to edit your photo, a LOT. This is not for Facebook. It’s for your FASHION BLOG.   Hold your waist to make it look like you’re so skinny you’re going to break… … Or whatever the reason that they do that pose..   A photo like this will show off a different angle of your outfit. You can tell your readers it was an accidental photo as you were leaving the house. Make them believe that this is what you wear to take the kids to school/walk the dog.   When wearing designer clothing ALWAYS show a proof picture of the label. Also, if you wear a size XS you also have to show a pi...
